Job Description
  • The associate can sit in any office we have attorneys. The full list includes Boulder, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Des Moines, Fort Wayne (IN), Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, or Princeton (NJ).
  • This team drafts and negotiates sophisticated contracts, including EPC agreements, design-build documents, alternative delivery contracts, supply and purchase agreements, service and engineering agreements, and consulting agreements, for large-scale energy, transportation, and industrial infrastructure projects.
  • We are looking for candidates with experience independently drafting and negotiating these contract types and with hands-on experience advising on risk allocation, indemnification, insurance, bonding, and other critical commercial terms.
  • Candidates with AmLaw 150 or boutique construction experience are preferred.
  • Candidates with 3-6 years of experience (JD range of 2020-2023).
  • Our in-office policy asks all attorneys to work from the office three days a week.
